EUROPES LARGEST AIRCRAFT SALES STORE
€149,950.00 EUR
One of the lowest-time Cessna 182P Skylanes available in Europe, G‑OJHC combines exceptionally low airframe time, major recent investment and a highly desirable touring specification.
With just 2,981 hours total time from new, this 1976 aircraft stands apart from many comparable Skylanes now approaching 5,000–8,000 hours. Previously registered as N86AD, the aircraft was imported into Europe in 1999 following a transatlantic ferry flight and has since developed into a particularly well-specified example of the type.
The centrepiece of the aircraft is the recent firewall-forward investment. The Continental O‑470‑S has been overhauled by Deltair and now has approximately 10 hours since major overhaul. At the same time the engine received factory-new Superior cylinders, powder-coated baffles, new McFarlane engine controls, a powder-coated engine bearer and new Barry engine mounts. A brand-new McCauley 2A34C203/90DCA‑8 Black Mac propeller was also installed, giving the next owner substantial peace of mind and eliminating one of the largest ownership costs associated with classic Cessna aircraft.
The aircraft is equipped with the sought-after Horton STOL conversion including leading-edge cuff, wing fences, drooped wingtips, flap gap seals and aileron gap seals. Combined with 75 US gallons usable fuel, wheel spats and strobe lighting, G‑OJHC offers excellent short-field performance alongside genuine long-range touring capability.
Avionics include a Garmin GNS530 GPS/NAV/COM, Garmin GMA340 audio panel, King KCS55 HSI, Trig TT31 Mode S transponder, S‑TEC 50 two-axis autopilot, Narco ADF841, King KN64 DME, dual altimeters, LC2 chronometer and four-place intercom system.
The aircraft has recently undergone a sympathetic cosmetic refresh. The exterior has been machine polished, compounded and sealed, while the interior benefits from replacement McFarlane plastics where required, refurbished seating and bespoke Yorkshire herringbone denim-blue tweed inserts manufactured from Abraham Moon fabrics. The instrument coaming, glare shield and panel fascia have been refinished in matt black, creating a clean, modern cockpit presentation while retaining the aircraft’s original character. Approved for UL91 unleaded fuel operation. ARC and Annual valid through January 2027. Extensive maintenance records and ownership history available for inspection.
G‑OJHC represents a rare opportunity to acquire a low-time, extensively upgraded Cessna 182P with fresh engine and propeller investment, desirable IFR avionics, Horton STOL capability and outstanding touring credentials.
