N88NA has just been reborn care of Moses and his team at Airtime in Bournemouth. Zero time engine, new prop, bare metal paint, new custom panel with full glass retrofit and bespoke leather interior. The Turbo Saratoga is a high altitude speedster, yet can operate from average size grass strips. This aircraft is frequently tasked with long trips through Europe in the airways where it excels, typically flown at FL110 truing out at 173kts. Whether it's crossing the Alps, dropping into the July Strip at Newmarket or shooting an ILS down to minimums in Scotland this aircraft can deliver. The panel is a work of art and comprises of the Garmin 500 system with Terrrain, Traffic and Electronic Charting. The backup for this is the Aspen EFD1000 with its own standby power. The Garmin GMA350C bluetooth audio panel selects either the GTN750C or the GNC255A. The engine parameters are easily managed on the JPI EDM 900 which is light years apart from early engine monitoring systems with it full colour intuitive displays. Each system synchs and cross-fills for a fully integrated experience. The ADF/DME/Autopilot are all simple and reliable King digital systems. The finish on the metallic blue over white paint scheme is flawless and the details are all pin sharp. Inside the seats, carpets, side trims are all of business jet quality. There are lots of companies doing refurbishment work on GA aircraft, but nobody can match the quality of the end product produced at Airtime. The aircraft has complete logs, and is VAT paid. The annual is being performed in early May if you wish to see the aircraft stripped back for deep maintenance. Test flights from White Waltham by arrangement.
